Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Syringomas are benign sweat duct tumours that characteristically occur on these eyelid areas.They vary in size being more prominent in summer when people sweat more.
The histology may be mistaken for a sclerosing basal cell skin cancer but not in the typical form shown above.
