History: Rosacea is characterised by recurrent facial flushing,papules and pustules and often sebaceous hyperplasia of the nose, sometimes leading to rhinophyma.Over time the flushing leads to fixed erythema and telangiectasia that persist after the pustules have gone.Overuse of strong topical steroids on the face makes the problem much worse.Involement of the eyes is often seen in rosacea with blepharitis,conjunctivitis and episcleritis.
