Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This 55-year-old man with several year history of tinea pedis, developed onychomycosis of the toe nails and tinea cruris.Nails are solid keratin.Hence the liking of dermatophyte fungi which live on keratin for progressive involvement of the nails.
