 !2 year boy brought for diffuse generalised hyperpigmentation of body since last 6 months. No history of weakness or tirdness after exertion.Serum Cortisol was 24ng/mi (range 80 to 150 ng/ml)  andACTH was 1950pg/ml (range 10 to 100 pg/ml)
