Differential DiagnosisHistory: Keratosis pilaris is commonly described in association with ichthyosis vulgaris. It is characterised by multiple folliculocentric keratotic papules commonly affecting the posterolateral aspect of upper arms and anterior thighs. It has a tendency to worsen in winter and improve in summer.
