History:

 patient presented with a non itchy skin rash of the trunk present for several months

O/E  there are few asymmetric large erythematous dry scaly plaques with raised border and flattened atrophic center with loss of hair and reduced sensation.  nerve thickening was not identified

proven by histopathology but negative for acid fast bacilli
