Differential DiagnosisHistory:
An advanced case of lepromatous leprosy of more than a decade duraion. The main features shown on the presented photos are madarosis (loss of hair from outer parts of the eyebrows) and characteristic saddle nose (Photo with side profile). Among other features of LL which the patient have had are hand contractures and finger bones resorption.
