Differential DiagnosisHistory:
The usual age of presentation of rosacea is between 20 and 50 years; however, older women are not uncommonly afflicted with this condition. The presented case is 65-year-old woman with a classical rosaecea rash of three years duration with a fluctuating exacerbations and remissions.
