History:

 This patient had severe pruritic erythematous grouped vesiculobullous lesions all over the body. Biopsy showed subepidermal separation and nutrophils and eosinophils in dermal papillae suggestive of Dermatitis Herpetiformis.Patient responded well to glutein free diet and dapsone.
