Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Slightly pruritic, round to oval, five red scaly plaques involved one axilla of four weeks duration. Wood's lamp examination was negative whlie KOH wet mount preparation yielded positive dermatophytes. Three weeks course of clotrimazole cream twice daily has eradicated all lesions.
