History:

A 58-year-old woman presented with sudden onset of slightly painful and palpable purpuric rash with few lesions had targetoid appearance. The rash was confined to both legs and of 10 days duration. No other cutaneous or mucosal site was involved. No history of previous infection, drug intake or systemic illness. GUE, CBC, CXR and ANF were normal. Skin biopsy was consistent with leukocytoclastic vasculitis.
