Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A surgeon had prescribed an injectable third generation cephalosporine (Ceftriaxone) for UTI. After the second injection the patient was scared by the appearance of painful red erosions (blisters that rapidly transformed into erosions) involved the glans penis and the dorsum of one hand.
