Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This patient had a few grouped lesions of molluscum contagiosum on the neck of 3-4 weeks duration. The lesions had been removed aggressively through electrocautery by an unexperienced medical substaff person. Few weeks later a large pinkish-red, ugly-looking scar appeared at site of cautery.
