History:

46 year old male with a white patch in the nape of the neck with an atrophic surface from  2 years ago. biopsy showed epidermal atrophy,hydropic degeneration of basal layer and hypopigmentation,papillary dermal edema, mononuclear infiltrate of the dermis and fibrosis of reticular dermis in favour of LSA.
