Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A middle-aged woman presented with many large bilateral symmetrical red plaques having target-like appearance on the lower limbs mainly the shins of 10 days duration. She denied history of drug taking before the onste of the rash and physical examination was insignificant. Three differentials were in mind: erythema multiforme, fixed drug eruption and urticarial plaques antecedent of bullous pemphigoid. Rash appearance and duration with negative drug intake were in favor of EM which was consistent with histologic features seen on skin biopsy.
