Differential DiagnosisHistory:
An old woman presented with an asymptomatic, red nodule about 1.5 cm in diameter with peripheral pigmentation and central small ulceration with an easily-bleeding tendency on the occipital scalp of three years duration. It has been surgically excised with 0.5 cm safe margin (see third picture) and primarily sutured.
