Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Slightly pruritic, rounded and polycyclic red scaly patches with more active borders involved the flexor aspects of both forearms of 2-3 months duration. KOH mount preparation was positive for dermatophytes. Ver good response to oral griseofulvin was attained within four weeks.
