Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Patient presented with insidious onset of itchy, hyperpigmented to almost purple-colored plaques, some with scale. Biopsy was classic CTCL, mycosis fungoides type. Is being treated with ultrapotent topical steroids plus phototherapy.
