Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A one-year-old female infant presented with well-circumscribed, oozy, erythematous rash with periorificial distribution involved the perioral, perinasal and periorbital regions in addition to the groin of few months duration. Serum zinc and alkaline phosphatase levels were low. Dramatic response to oral zinc supplementation was noticed few days after commencement of therapy.
