Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Solitary, rounded patch of non-cicatricial hair loss involved the scalp of two months duration. The first image shows purulent exudate due te secondary bacterial infection which had been eradicated within one week on antibiotic therapy (Images 2 & 3).
