History:

A 65-year-old man has had venereal wart on the penile shaft and suprapubic region of three years duration. Some lesions have been treated with electrocautery two years ago. At last 6-8 months a pinkish eroded dome-shaped nodule has developed on the top of wart lesions. Excisional biopsy with a suitable safe margin showed frank histologic changes of SCC invaded deeply within the dermis.
