History:

53-year-old female with dermatosis disseminated to face, ears, back, abdomen, elbows, knees. consisting of hyperpigmented  and violaceus, scaly plaques of different sizes. Dermatosis started 9 years prior to biopsy.

Histopathology report: SARCOID.
