Differential Diagnosis

History:

A six-year-old boy presented with few erythematous indurated papules of two months duration developed at the periphery of an old atrophic scar of previous cutaneous leishmaniasis on the cheek occurred two years ago. Skin biopsy of the new papules was consistent with chronic lupoid leishmanmiasis.
