Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 65-year-old woman with long history of osteoarthritis has taken recently a new NSAID. One day later she developed a severe blistering rash involved the entire integument in addition to many mucosal orifices (oral, nasal and conjunctival). She admitted to hospital in bad general condition with impending hypovolemic shock.
