Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This gentleman looked like a porcupine with multiple firm follicular spicules .There was no family history of the condition.He first started developing the lesions in his twenties.He had no associated underlying malignancies.
The condition is called multiple minute digitate hyperkeratoses.
