Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A teenager male suffered frequent episodes of painful and pruritic, dusky-red, edematous plaques involved the distal parts of the feet during last three winter seasons. Other parts of the body were not affected and each episode lasts about 3-4 weeks and spontaneously disappears.
