Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This man suffered severe plaque-type psoriasis involved more than 30% of the total body surface area for more than three decades. Progressive psoriatic arthropathic changes involved the interphalangeal joints of both hands resulted in hand deformity with functional impairment for more than 10 years.
