Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This 30-year-old pregnant woman presented with an acute onset of a generalized pruritic eruption with the beginning of the 2nd trimester. The eruption comprised of multiple erythematous edematous plaques consisting of tense vesicles and bullae affecting her limbs and trunk. This was a twin pregnancy. She had a history of similar but milder eruption during her last pregnancy.
