Differential DiagnosisHistory:
38 year-old female recently diagnosed with Grave's Disease was referred for evaluation of "bumps" on the legs. Both forelegs showed innumerable coalescent waxy papules. A small nick and mild pressure led to the exudation of a thick, sticky fluid (mucin). Classic example of pretibial myxedema.
