Differential DiagnosisHistory:
65 year-old was sent by her husband for evaluation when he noticed a small, scaly red patch (about 5.5mm) on the shoulder. The lesion was asymptomatic and had not been noted by the patient herself. Biopsy showed superficial BCC. Treat consisted of 5 times weekly application of 5% imiquimod for a total of 6 weeks.
