Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Few days after an intramucular injection of an antibiotic for RTI, a rounded, punched out ulcer with a clean granular base and surrounded by an erythematous border developed gradually of three weeks duration at time of presentation. The ulcer greatly improved on two weeks course of oral cephalexin and topical fusidic acid cream.
