Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A middle-aged woman presented with an asymptomatic, whitish, reticular, papular lesions involved the mucosal surface of the cheeks of six months duration. There was no associated cutaneous lesions of lichen planus. Reticular LP is the most common variant of oral LP and it affects females more than males.
