Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 10-year-old child presented with fever and distinctive skin reaction pattern. The skin reaction was in form of two classical findings: (1) Slapped cheek sign (erythema of the cheeks) which was followed many hours later by reticulate erythema of the extremities (Garland sign) and trunk.
