Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Multiple, pruritic, circinate plaques with active scaly borders and clear centers affected the suprapubic region, penis and upper thigh of three months duration. Scales examined with KOH revealed positive dermatophytes. Cure reached with topical clotrimazole cream twice daily for 4 weeks.
