Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Pruritic, red-brownish, hyperkeratotic, follicular greasy papules of generalized distribution, however the seborrhoeic areas particularly the chest and neck were mainly involved in addition to nail ridging and V-shaped nicking of the nail edges.
