Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This boy presented with moderately pruritic, bilateral symmetrical red papular rash with many target lesions involved the trunk and proximal parts of the extremities of 3 weeks duration. Skin biopsy was in favor of PR (EM-like PR). There was no preceding predisposing or precipitating factor and the rash has disappeared after 8 weeks from the onset.
