Differential DiagnosisHistory: This young girl presented with several years history of developing a recurrent eruption comprised of multiple vesicles, punched out erosions and crusts on the sunexposed areas. Hydroa vacciniforme usually resolves spontaneously in childhood but this was an example of persistent HV.
