Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A middle-aged man presented with multiple BCCs of different varieties (nodular, pigmented, superficial and ulcerative) involved most of body areas (face, trunk and limbs). He also had characteristic palmar pits. The lesions started to appear at adolescence and increased in number and size with time. Family history of similar condition was negative.
