Differential DiagnosisHistory:
An elderly man presented with a large, asymptomatic, red crusted nodule with an irregular surface involved most of the dorsal surface of the nose of one and a half year duration. Incisional biopsy revealed SCC. Other areas of the the face showed many actinic keratosis lesions. There was no lymph node involvement or distant metastasis.
