Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Pseudopelade of Brocq is a scarring alopecia in absence of identified causative agent. It may be the end stage for lichen planus or lupus erythematosus. The presented case is a young lady with 3-year-history of localized scarring alopecia involved the scalp with no apparent cause.
