Differential DiagnosisHistory:
More than one year history of an asymptomatic, persistent, red patch which started to erode superficially and became crusted at last two months. The patch had an irregular outline and involved the midline of the V-area of the chest. The main differential diagnoses were BCC and Bowen's disease. The lesion has been removed with a safe margin and primarily sutured. Skin biopsy confirmed BCC.
