Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A non-diabetic middle-aged woman presented with large, asymptomatic, irregular, red-brownish, atrophic plaque with shiny appearance with many foci of superficial ulcers and erosions on the flexor aspect of the upper arm of more than one year duration. Skin biopsy was consistent with necrobiosis lipoidica.
