Differential DiagnosisHistory: Pyoderma faciale is an acute variant of rosacea characterised by the sudden onset of tender papules,pustules and abscesses on the chin and cheeks.Oral steroids should be used at the same time as isotretinoin is introduced to bring this condition under control before scarring occurs.
