Differential DiagnosisHistory:
An elderly woman a known case of xeroderma pigmentosum presented with multiple ulcerative BCCs on the face. The main ulcer was on the nose with characteristic rolled up border of five years duration. It was large and phagedinic destroying most of the nose and exposing its interior.
