Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This boy presented with two painless and non tender slowly growing ulcers on the dorsal surface of the hand and forearm of 4 months duration. The ulcers were large in size with granular base and violaceous punched out borders. Smear with Giemsa stain showed Leishman Donovan bodies.
