Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This woman presented with a recurrent, painful and tender, red swelling of the upper lip of two years duration. Transient disappearance of the rash of variable duration obtained on many occsions on 10-14 days course of antibiotics usually of penicillin or cephalosporine types.
