Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Erythema, swelling, papules and pustules involved the face especially the butterfly area of three years duration with exacerbations and remissions. Topical and systemic antibiotics gave insignificant improvement. Marked improvement obtained through oral isotertinoin 20 mg per day.
