Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A middle-aged woman presented with an asymptomatic, bilateral symmetrical, palpable purpuric rash with some targetoid lesions involved the lower limbs and the abdomen of 10 days duration. There was negative history of previous drug intake and no associated systemic finding. Blood profile and urinalysis were normal. Skin biopsy was consistent with acute leucocytoclastic vasculitis.
