Differential Diagnosis

History:

Unilateral, grouped, blisters with crustation associated with excruciating pain involved the posterior surface of the left auricle of 4-5 days duration. It was diagnosed as impetiginized herpes simples, One week course of oral cephalexin and pain killer gave good improvement.
