Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This patient suffered acute otitis media with severe earache associated with purulent discharge for more than three weeks. She presented with pruritic ill-defined scaly erythematous rash confined to the lower half of the ear of five days duration. Culture of the discharge yielded Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
